How do free sessions work? You get 3 full sessions with the cloud AI interviewer — each is counted when you give your first answer, so browsing scenarios and listening to introductions is always free.
How do I cancel my subscription? Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Spar Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my data? In the app: Tailor My Interview → Privacy → "Delete all my data". This removes everything on the device and on our servers.
Why does the interviewer's voice sound different sometimes? The premium natural voice needs an internet connection; if it's unavailable the app falls back to the system voice so your session never stops.
