Wibo — Terms of Service

Welcome to Wibo! These Terms are an agreement between you (the parent or guardian) and the developer of Wibo (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using Wibo, you agree to them. Please read them with your child’s safety in mind.

1. The app

Wibo is an educational game for young children, intended to be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian. It is provided for personal, non-commercial family use.

2. Who may make purchases

Only a parent or guardian aged 18 or over may start a subscription. Purchases are placed behind a press-and-hold “Parent Zone” gate intended to prevent accidental purchases by children.

3. Wibo Plus subscription

Wibo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, “Wibo Plus,” which unlocks all worlds, games, and stickers.

It is billed yearly at the price shown in the app, after any free-trial period stated at the time of purchase.
It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. No personal data

Wibo collects no personal information from you or your child. Please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content, except as permitted by law.

6. Content & intellectual property

All artwork, characters (including Wibo), audio, and code are owned by us and protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; it does not transfer ownership.

7. Disclaimers

Wibo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It is an educational aid — not a substitute for adult supervision, professional instruction, or medical/developmental advice. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
