How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BigSight → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

The camera shows a white/blank screen

Close and reopen the app. Make sure you've granted camera permission in Settings → BigSight → Camera.

Notifications aren't working

Go to iPhone Settings → BigSight → Notifications → enable Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! All features work offline. No internet connection is required for magnification, scanning, or text-to-speech.
